Bob McLeod

Robert McLeod Obituary

Robert A. McLeod Jr. (Bob) passed away peacefully at his home in Monroe, WA, on May 5th, 2026. Bob was born December 16th, 1946, in Spokane, WA, to Robert and Emily McLeod. He graduated from Meadowdale High School in Lynnwood, WA, in 1965. He married Cynthia Piper in 1968 in Edmonds, WA, and spent 26 years together. They had three children together and remained close until his death.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Mickey (Robert Sr.) and Emily, his brother Bert and his son, Brent.

He is survived by his children Landon and Stephanie, and grandchildren Connor, Brady, and Aquinnah.

He had a passion for old cowboy shows, Star Trek, railroad history and the outdoors. Depending on the season, Bob could often be found riding dirt bikes, side-by-sides, and snowmobiles, or exploring old railroad structures.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to his friends, family, and colleagues for their love and support during his challenging times. May he rest in peace until we meet again.

A remembrance will be held at Sky River Pub and Eatery at 36810 Highway 2, Sultan, WA on May 22nd, 2026 from 4pm to 7pm.

In remembrance of Bob's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to 19916 Old Owen Rd #238, MONROE, WA 98272.
