Larry Mickel Halley

April 30, 1947-September 2, 2018 Larry Michael Halley passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Providence Hospital, after a prolonged illness. He's survived by his sister, Diane Magruder and her husband, and his long-time friend, Jerry. All the family will miss him greatly. Born in Seattle on April 30, 1947, Larry grew up in Edmonds, WA and graduated from Meadowdale High School. He went on to join the marines and served honorably in Vietnam. He lived an active life. At one time he was a locomotive engineer for the Burlington Northern Railroad. He had a teaching black belt in Kage Kempo and taught it in his school. Before his sickness, he had a short career with the Merchant Marines. A remembrance for Larry will be held Sunday, September 9, 2018, 3:00 p.m. at 5905 228th St SE, Bothell. He will be missed.
