Henry A. Bowman III, 61, of Lake Stevens, WA, passed away January 5, 2008, after a long battle with cancer. He was born November 10, 1946, in Moscow, Idaho, son of the late Henry and Beryl Bowman. Hank Bowman, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and dear friend was passionate about life and loved the outdoors, especially fishing. He especially loved spending time with family, friends and his special friends, Gin and Kiya.

 

Hank served in the US Marine Corp from 1965-1968. He married the love of his life, Nikki August 19, 1978. He worked for the city of Everett and was a member of the American Legion Club. Hank is survived by his wife, Nikki; their two sons, Christian A. and Griffin E. Bowman; grandchildren, Dallyn, Joshua, Triston, Brandon and Lucas Henry, due April 2, 2008. He leaves four brothers and three sisters, Sheryl, Brian, Chris, Dave, Don, Deidre and Adrianne. His parents and brothers, Doug and Dick, preceded Hank in death. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, January 13, 2008, at the family home in Lake Stevens. Arrangements are under the care of Solie Funeral Home and Crematory.
